Vegetarian Chili (Slow Cooker)

This chili is perfect for a cold day and is hearty enough you don't even realize it's meatless. A perfect panty staple, budget friendly meal.





Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 can kidney beans

  • 1 can cannellini beans

  • 1 28oz can crushed tomato

  • 1 cup of vegetable broth

  • 1/2 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 3 teaspoons cumin

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder

Directions:

  1. Add everything to a slow cooker and set on low for 4-6 hours.

  2. Serve with avocado, cheese, sour cream, and chips!
