This chili is perfect for a cold day and is hearty enough you don't even realize it's meatless. A perfect panty staple, budget friendly meal.
Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can cannellini beans
1 28oz can crushed tomato
1 cup of vegetable broth
1/2 onion, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
Add everything to a slow cooker and set on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve with avocado, cheese, sour cream, and chips!
