Slow Cooker French Dips

A classic dish made with a beef roast, it doesn't get easier.





Ingredients:

  • 1 beef roast (1-1 1/2 pounds)

  • 1 package of dry au ju mix

  • Water (depending on your dry mix, 3-4 cups)

  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)

  • Hoagies


Directions:

  1. Place the roast in the slow cooker, add the water/au ju mixture over the top.

  2. Cook on low for 8-9 hours

  3. Shred beef and put back into the au ju.

  4. Toast hoagie buns in the oven, add meat and optional cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted.

  5. Serve with a bowl of the au ju for dipping!
