A classic dish made with a beef roast, it doesn't get easier.
Ingredients:
1 beef roast (1-1 1/2 pounds)
1 package of dry au ju mix
Water (depending on your dry mix, 3-4 cups)
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Hoagies
Directions:
Place the roast in the slow cooker, add the water/au ju mixture over the top.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours
Shred beef and put back into the au ju.
Toast hoagie buns in the oven, add meat and optional cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a bowl of the au ju for dipping!
