Peanut Butter Energy Bites

I've been making energy bites for years and always struggle with the chocolate chips being hard as a rock! This mini candies are perfect and my kids love them...win win!



Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup honey or agave

  • 1/2-3/4 cup mini M&M's


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. stir until well combined.

  2. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, roll balls and keep in an airtight container.

  4. Keep in the refrigerator, they stay soft even when cold!
