Crock-Pot Chicken Chili

This is a dump and go recipe, besides the chicken, everything comes from the pantry!




Ingredients:

  • 2-3 chicken breasts (can be frozen or thawed)

  • 2 cans black beans

  • 2 cans kidney beans

  • 15 oz tomato sauce

  • 1 can Rotel (or 1 can diced tomato and 1 can green chiles)

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 packet of low-sodium taco seasoning

Serve with:

  • Avocado

  • Sour cream

  • Shredded cheese

  • Tortilla chips


Directions:

Put the chicken in the crock-pot first. Rinse and drain the beans, add the beans and everything else. Give it a little stir and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken before serving.
