Greek yogurt keeps this dressing thick and adds a nice tang!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk + 1-2 teaspoons for thinning
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
5 oz container of blue cheese crumbles
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium size bowl combine the 1/4 cup milk with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Let it thicken for a few minutes.
Add the yogurt, mayo, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.
Add the blue cheese and slightly mash it into the dressing with the back of a spoon.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
If it is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time until desired consistency.
