Blue Cheese Dressing

Greek yogurt keeps this dressing thick and adds a nice tang!




Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup milk + 1-2 teaspoons for thinning

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 5 oz container of blue cheese crumbles

  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

  • In a medium size bowl combine the 1/4 cup milk with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Let it thicken for a few minutes.

  • Add the yogurt, mayo, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.

  • Add the blue cheese and slightly mash it into the dressing with the back of a spoon.

  • Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.

  • If it is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time until desired consistency.
